Why Amoxyclav Is Not Easy to Manufacture

Amoxycillin–Clavulanate (Amoxyclav) is not a routine antibiotic formulation. Its success depends on mastering the instability of potassium clavulanate, one of the most sensitive beta-lactam compounds used in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
